- Print, sign, and mail in a paper application.
To be eligible to register to vote you must:
- Be a citizen of the United States of America
- A legal resident of Florida and also a legal resident of the county in which you seek to be registered

1. From your device, visit the Florida Online Voter Registration Portal at www.registertovoteflorida.gov
2. Arriving at the main page, locate and tick the “New Registration” box to continue
3. Now you will be required to provide your Personal Identification Information
4. If you do not have a Florida DL or Florida ID card, you will need to enter your
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN4):
- Last Name (LN)
- First Name (FN): (If applicable)
- Middle Name (MN): (If applicable)
- Suffix: (If applicable)
- Date of Birth (DOB) (MM/DD/YYYY)
5. But if you do not have a Social Security Number, you will need to enter your
- Florida DL or Florida ID card number (DLN)

How To Check My Florida Voter Registration & Voting Status
To view your voter registration and voting status including your polling place, sample ballot and vote-by-mail ballot status. All you need to do is
1. Go to the Florida Online Voter Registration Portal at www.registertovoteflorida.gov
2. On the homepage, tap the “Voter Information Lookup” link to proceed
3. Next, enter your first name, last name and date of birth as it appears in your registration record
4. Then agree to the terms & conditions and verify the “reCAPTCHA” form
5. Once done, press the “Submit” button to view your polling place, sample ballot, and vote-by-mail ballot status.
